Dear ALL concerned, this is the new design and new function stabilizer. We have the following differences:
  • Input Low Protection & Trip Input Breaker: If the input breaker is off, the stabilizer and loading appliances are completely protected. Customers can set local data (e.g. 100V, 80V or other parameters). For example, with an 80V-260V range, it triggers protection at 79V.
  • Input High Protection & Trip Input Breaker: Provides complete protection. Customers can set local data (e.g. 260V, 280V or other parameters). For example, with an 80V-260V range, it triggers protection at 285V.
    WIFI SUPPORT Both input protections support WIFI power on. After the input breaker trips, you can use a mobile phone to set power on.

  • Output Low Protection: Customers can set local parameters (e.g., power off when output is lower than 200V or 190V).
  • Output High Protection: Customers can set local parameters (e.g., power off when output is higher than 250V or 245V).
  • Over-loading Protection: Uses an adjustable resistance to set current. For example, a 5000VA unit can be set to any current between 15A and 25A. Very easy for customers to set on their side.
  • Over-temperature Protection: Prevents coil burnout using an electronic hot resistor assembled at the brush side.
  • Delay Time: 5-second short delay. A long delay function can also be added if required.
  • Motor and PCB Protection: Features built-in protection against motor failure.
All parameters will be displayed on the meter: input voltage, output voltage, overloading, over-temperature, input low, and input high protection status. The delay time is also shown. Long delay (3 min) or short delay (5 seconds) can be set.
The PCB uses HT66 CPU control, allowing computer programming to execute all protection functions. Voltage protection levels can be set locally. After selling to main stabilizer business customers, all customer feedback indicates high satisfaction with this PCB design. Trip input breaker function is available for assembly according to customer requirements.

Application:

SVC(TND) series single-phase high precision full-auto AC voltage regulator/voltage stabilizer adopts a linear integrated circuit servo motor control system. It drives the contact voltage regulator to regulate automatically by controlling the servo motor. It features small waveform distortion, a high power factor, and remains unaffected by frequency variations of the power supply. It is used in most situations where voltage fluctuation requirements are critical.

Each voltage stabilizer is packed in a wooden case. Inside, we first use a plastic bag, and then place 4 pieces of 3.5mm thick foam to protect the door meter and switch.

Generally we ship to Ningbo or Shanghai sea port. We can provide FOB, CIF, or CNF price.

How is the quality of the main components ensured?
We manufacture the main internal components of the voltage stabilizer, including the PCB board and coil. We use dedicated winding machines, dipping paint (immersion) machines, and silicon testing machines for no-loading current. Before production, we share detailed specifications of the coil size, weight, silicon area, and copper wire size for customer reference.

What determines the actual efficiency/power of the voltage stabilizer?
The efficiency and power are directly related to the stabilizer's weight. Light weight makes it difficult to achieve full capacity. For example, a 10kVA stabilizer with a two-coil design has a net weight of approximately 35kg. This design features a silicon area of 36.4 and a wire size of 1.68. The compensation coil has a silicon area of 38.7, with an inner aluminum wire size of 2.5mm and an outer wire size of 4.3mm. Designs under this weight may achieve only 70% of the rated power.

What are the accepted payment terms?
Generally, we work on a 30% T/T deposit and 70% balance payment after loading the container against the BL copy. We also accept 100% LC (for specific regions like Bangladesh). Sample order shipping costs can be settled via West Union, PayPal Escrow, or using the customer's shipping account number.
What protection functions are built into the stabilizer?
It includes input low protection (can set trip input breaker), input high protection, output low protection, output high protection, over-loading protection, over-temperature protection, delay time options (5 seconds short delay or 3 minutes long delay), and motor broken PCB protection.
Do you accept sample orders for quality testing?
Yes, we accept sample orders. We confirm all specifications beforehand. The sample is tested internally by our technical sales staff, and the test results are shared. We offer free samples for small power units, with the customer responsible for shipping costs.
