YTPQC-APF Active power filters are the ultimate answer to tough power quality problems caused by harmonics, load unbalance and reactive power demand for all applications by all types of customers. They can be installed in LV networks and in MV networks through the use of a suitable coupling transformer.

Active power filter YTPQC-APF is a perfect and comprehensive solution to the power quality issues of power grid, such as harmonic wave, reactive power and three-phase load unbalance. The unit runs in parallel to the power grid, detects harmonic waves in time, generates reverse-phase compensation current through the converter and dynamically filters the harmonic waves. The operation is unaffected by multifarious load forms and power grid structures. It will not produce harmonic oscillation along with the system, thus perfectly realizing harmonic control under diverse loads.

YTPQC-APF can fully accomplish dynamic reactive compensation, control the capacitor switching and ultimately heighten the power factor of power grid. Meanwhile, it has the function of controlling the three-phase load current unbalance, thus comprehensively handling various power quality matters in power grid.
